    Type: 🐛 Bug Report

There's a bug when creating passkeys (at least via 1Password on Safari 26.2 in macOS 26.2:

Can only call PublicKeyCredential.toJSON on instances of PublicKeyCredential

Thanks for the report! We can't replicate it ourselves as it seemed to work on Safari for iPad and iPhone.

But we've added a fallback for the method, so it may work now. Let me know when you can test it again.

In the meantime, I'll see if I can get a hold of a Mac to put 1Password on it 🙂

Whatever you did worked. One other request: skip requiring the email address if using a passkey. I'm 90% sure it's not required for a login. You can also prompt the browser to sign in using a passkey without user intervention.

I think that's it done too 🙂 It's a good idea to separate them. Thanks! If you refresh the page, it should have both things. Let me know if this works out.

How are you liking the page so far, if you don't mind me asking? Is the color search working out for you? Or are you using it to find something else?

Great so far. Of the inventory I have, you had ~90% in the system. Can I somehow contribute/add the remaining 10%?

Brand Type Color Color Family Qty

Prusament PLA Galaxy Black Black 2
Prusament PLA Galaxy Silver Gray 1
Prusament PETG Carmine Red Red 1
Prusament PETG Galaxy Black Black 1
Prusament PETG Prusa Orange Orange 1
Ttyt3D Silk PLA Green Green 1
Ttyt3D Silk PLA Red Red 1

Also, I want some way to pre-load my search because I generally use the same 5 or so brands and prefer them over other brands I've tried. Same goes for materials, I generally only print with PLA and very rarely with PETG. I don't print anything else, but could change my settings to get to that point.

You should be able to create custom filaments that we can then promote after validating. Maybe we should make this more apparent because it’s kinda hidden. If you go to the custom filaments section of the profile, you can create them on your local database and should also start showing up in your regular search and behave like regular filaments for you 🙂 then they will make it easy for us to just one button add them and give you credit for them!

And about pre-loading the search I could see how that would be useful. I’ll play around with that tomorrow. It may be worth either some settings on the profile or just remembering always the last search. But maybe settings would be best because it would allow people to set default countries which is something I wanted to add anyway.

I added two Hatchbox filaments: Stone Brown PLA and Matte Black PLA. I have a few silk PLAs where even the brand isn't in the system and honestly they're not worth adding (DO3D and Ttyt3D).

Thanks! We’ll take a look at the promotion for those. At first look they look nice 🙂

I’m almost done with the feature to pre-load the search. Just making sure it’s robust. So it should be live soon.

The search defaults feature is now live! 🙂 You can test it here: https://myfilamentlist.com/profile/search

It also took a bit but we finally have the filaments and credit for the original user!

We are wondering though how come you selected brown for the stone brown PLA if the picture of the filament it's looking more beige. Is it actually brown IRL?

We can correct the color if we got it wrong from the picture 🙂 let me know
